Marketing Experience
This section includes examples of corporate marketing projects to which I have contributed. For many of these projects, I served as a project manager and handled communication with the other departments involved in each project. I also contirbuted strategic planning, copywriting, and copyediting to many of these projects.
Non-Traditional Research Report – Infographic
This infographic is based on Kobie’s 2020 research report on non-traditional loyalty programs. I played a key role in writing and editing the full report, and I wrote all of the copy for this infographic. Additionally, I served as the liaison between the Corporate Marketing department and the Creative department. I also led all plans for revisions to the design and copy of the infographic. This asset was used as a sales and informational tool for clients and prospects.

I was the project manager on this infographic at Kobie and led all plans for revisions to the design and copy. This infographic was used as a sales and informational tool for clients and prospects.

Loyalty360 – Banner Ad
For this advertisement, I did project management and led all plans for revisions to the design and copy. This piece was developed for Loyalty360’s website and publications, driving brand visibility for Kobie.

CRMC – Banner Ad
I wrote the project brief for the Creative department, handled project management, and led plans for revisions to the design and copy of this advertisement. This asset was included in email newsletters from CRMC to their subscribers as part of Kobie’s sponsorship of CRMC’s 2020 conference. This advertisement created brand awareness for Kobie and drove newsletter readers to our website.

Kobie Alchemy X – Brochure

I made copy revisions, completed project management, and led all plans for design revisions on this brochure. This included communicating with subject matter experts in the Technology, Business Development, and Product departments to collaborate on edits to the information in this brochure. This is one of the first assets Kobie created that displayed all of Alchemy X’s most important features in one place, which made it an excellent sales tool for prospects and clients who were not already using the product.
OnPoint 2020 – Communication Plan
I wrote this communication plan and led the execution of all portions of it until OnPoint’s cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The execution of this plan included working with the Crative department to write and give direction for assets; becoming proficient in Salesforce’s Pardot for email campaigns, fromn the basic setup of a campaign and distribution list to editing the design of each campaign in HTML; and managing a distribution list of over 150 client contacts. When the event was cancelled just a few weeks before it was supposed to take place, I communicated with client account leads to ensure they notifies all of their contacts about the cancellation.
Before the conference’s cancellation, the campaigns fron this plan led to a 10% year-over-year increase in click-through rates and a 65% year-over-year increase in conference registrations. Inc. 5000 – Communication Plan
Inc. 5000 – Communication Plan
I wrote the distribution plan for Kobie’s assets related to the company’s ranking on the 2020 Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies. I executed all parts of this plan, which included the development of several pieces of social media and PR content. I wrote a blog post for Kobie.com, participated in creation of social media assets for Instagram and LinkedIn, and designed a banner for the homepage of the website. I delivered all of this content according to schedule. The deliverables gave more brand visibility to Kobie and raised awareness of the award and milestone internally.
